This self catering accommodation is centrally located in Carrick on Shannon allowing an easy reach to all the amenities of the town. Their comfortable and clean rooms along with their friendly staff provide guests with a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere.

When booking your accommodation we can only provide you with the accommodation details once a deposit is secured. We advise our customers to book early to get the best accommodation for your group. Our locations book out in advance so we advise customers to secure their weekend with a deposit at the earliest convenience.

Zip Wire Adventure (-10) (Day Activity)
Brace yourself for up to 4 hours of treetop, thrilling experience in a healthy, outdoor setting. The adventure course include climbing poles and walls, swinging into cargo nets, balancing on rope bridges, hurtling down a zipwire, and if you're brave enough, riding a BMX across a treetop bridge! Safety harnesses and the guidance of qualified instructors ensure the utmost safety of everyone.
- Activity is approximately 10 mins from Accommodation.

To ensure everyone is aware of our policies, we would ask that all groups read the following:
Zipit cannot accept anyone whom we suspect has been drinking or taking drugs. Groups will be refused entry and no refund will be provided.
Groups must arrive 15 minutes beforehand, to ensure that they are in time for their initiation. If Groups arrive after their booked time, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to get on, as when all time slots are full, there is no space for latecomers. In this case, no refund can be provided, as the harnesses have been reserved for the group. When reliant on third party transport, it may be advisable to allow half an hour, as we appreciate that this is often beyond your control.
Please be aware that Zipit is also a family activity, so we would appreciate avoidance of bad language, if in the vicinity of children.

- Round of shots upon arrival
Groups must be in The Basement Nightclub prior to 11.30pm on a Saturday night in order to avail the reserved areas and shots. Doors open at 10.30pm.
